Project Management

During my time as the exhibition designer at the Kelsey Museum of Archaeology, I successfully established productive relationships with outside curators, educators, fabricators, printers, and other personnel involved with the exhibition process. This led to significant growth within my role, including assuming project manager duties for long-term exhibition planning.

After expanding this role, I had:

  • Led exhibition project management for four temporary exhibitions as well as the permanent gallery
  • Managed five different exhibition timelines simultaneously and have cut down on late and overdue items by 37%
  • Implemented both text-based and graphics-based calendars to accommodate for multiple learning styles
  • Adapted the previously existing timeline structure to ensure better job flow and employee satisfaction
  • Recorded and distributed weekly meeting minutes

Attached here are examples of my calendars and organization.
